The plain-language terms for shopping with Shezuri.
Keep your sign-in details, email confirmation links and password recovery links private. Tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account. Signing in lets you view orders and appointments linked to that account; guest orders and appointments remain separate. You can use email and password or choose Google sign-in. The Privacy Policy explains the information used for each option, how to delete your account and how to request removal of other information.
By ordering from Shezuri you confirm the details you give us are accurate and that you are old enough to buy supplements. Prices are in Ghana cedis and may change, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
An order is confirmed once payment clears via Mobile Money or card. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock or a pricing error slips through. If we do, you get your money back in full.
We sell supplements, not medicine. Nothing on this site treats, cures, or prevents any condition, and nothing here is medical advice. Always read the label and speak to a pharmacist or doctor before starting something new, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or managing a health condition.
Delivery times are estimates and can shift with courier conditions. Sealed items cannot be returned once opened. Damaged, wrong, or near-expiry items are covered. Read the Delivery and Returns page for the full process.
