How Shezuri Wellness handles information when you use our shop and request appointments.
Last updated:
Shezuri Wellness, based in Oyarifa, Ghana, is responsible for the customer information described here. For a privacy question or request, use our contact form or call 054 085 7382. Please describe your request without sending passwords, verification codes or payment credentials.
When you create an account, we use your name, email address and account identifier to recognise you, sign you in and show the orders and appointments linked to your account. We also process information needed to verify your password, confirm your email, maintain your session and help you recover access. Recovery and confirmation emails contain a temporary link that lets its holder complete that action; keep those links private.
If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your account identifier, email address and basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture. We use these details to create or sign you in to your customer account. Google handles your Google password. The shop does not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts or Google Drive files. You can review or remove the connection in your Google Account connections; removing it does not itself delete your SheZuri account or records.
For an order, we use your contact and delivery details, purchased items, payment references and payment status to take payment, arrange delivery, handle returns and answer questions. Appointment requests include your chosen treatment, preferred date and time, contact details and any notes you provide. Contact messages and product or restock requests include the details you submit so we can respond.
The payment service you choose at checkout processes your online payment details. We retain transaction references and payment outcomes; full card numbers and card security codes are entered with the payment provider. Only include information needed for your request. Discuss medical details directly with the practitioner through an agreed channel.
Our team uses information needed to fulfil your request and operate the site. We share relevant information with services that manage customer records and sign-in, deliver service emails, protect the site and help us understand its use. Delivery couriers receive the details needed to deliver your order, and payment providers process the payment you choose. Our team also receives product suggestions and operational notices through business messaging services. AI processing is described below. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers may process information outside Ghana, including in the United States. Contact us if you need details about who has received your information or where it is processed.
Olivia uses your question and conversation context to find and explain products. Some requests are sent to external AI services to prepare an answer. Olivia provides product information and cannot assess whether a supplement or treatment is suitable for you.
Depending on the AI service used, your submitted messages and generated answers may be used to train or improve AI models and related services. People may also review this content for quality and improvement. Keep names, contact details, medical history and other sensitive or confidential information out of the chat. Use our contact form for questions that need a member of the team.
If you allow analytics, we use an analytics service to understand which visits from social media lead to purchases, and how people use Olivia. We record randomly assigned browser and session IDs, campaign labels, page types, product IDs and activity events. These identifiers are pseudonymous: we can link this activity to verified orders, amounts and completed refunds. Product IDs can reveal product interests. Campaign and Olivia attribution lasts up to 30 days on this browser.
We do not send your Olivia messages, health questions, name, contact details, delivery address or payment credentials to the analytics service. Screen recordings and automatic form capture are disabled. You can decline or withdraw permission using Analytics preferences on the shop page. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals also disable optional tracking. Withdrawing permission stops future optional collection and clears the browser's stored attribution; it does not automatically remove records already collected.
We still count verified sales and refunds using transaction identifiers and amounts, without linking them to browsing activity when permission has not been given. The 30-day browser attribution period does not mean that order records or analytics already received are deleted after 30 days.
You can delete your customer account after signing in again and confirming the request. This removes your saved sign-in details and customer profile, including profile information received from Google. It does not delete your Google account. Account deletion is permanent and does not cancel an order or appointment or issue a refund.
Orders, appointments, payment and refund records remain, including contact details recorded with them, to handle fulfilment, support, accounting and disputes. They are no longer linked to your deleted customer profile. Contact messages and restock requests are held separately and also remain. To request removal of other information or stop restock emails, use our contact form. Deleting an account does not automatically erase analytics records already collected.
Retention depends on the type of record, the purpose for keeping it and any applicable obligations. We assess requests to remove personal information separately from records needed for outstanding orders, appointments, accounting, disputes or security investigations. Copies may also remain in backups. Contact us to ask which records connected to you remain and why.
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a copy or correction, or ask us to delete information or close your account. You can also raise an objection to processing or withdraw permission for optional analytics. Use the contact form for these requests. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you before acting. If we need to retain a record, we will explain why when responding.
You can raise a data-protection concern with Ghana's Data Protection Commission. We update this notice when our handling of information changes; the date above identifies this version. Our Terms of service explain shopping and account use.
